Ilkka Starck
CEO 

Ilkka is a senior software-industry executive with significant sales, marketing and business leadership experience from several major companies. He joined Profit Software from power-supply solution provider Efore, where he held overall responsibility for the company’s sales organization. Prior to this he headed up the EMEA sales function at database-provider Solid Information Technology, later acquired by IBM, based in Munich, Germany. Earlier he headed the US subsidiary of internet security firm F-Secure. In addition, Ilkka has served in numerous senior sales and business management roles at Ericsson in both Finland and Sweden.

Mika Hakala
Product Creation

Mika is responsible for the entire product lifecycle at Profit Software, including defining and managing the company’s roadmap, as well as overseeing all software development processes. Prior to joining Profit Software he served as SVP and General Manager for On2 Finland, the Finnish subsidiary of US-listed On2 Technologies Inc. Mika has also been COO at mobile technology provider Hantro Products and has worked in various product development positions for Nokia.

Juha Saksi
EVP Sales & Marketing

Juha is responsible for the overall sales and marketing function at Profit Software. He is leading the company's sales team as well as product management team, translating market requirements into product offering and defining release roadmap. Juha has more than 10 year's background in information security software: he served several years as VP Sales and Marketing at Tectia Plc (formerly SSH Communications Security) and prior to that he headed the wireless security business unit at F-Secure Plc. Before joining Profit Software in 2010, Juha served as VP at Efore plc, with responsibility for Power Systems business.

Nathalie Kuosa
CFO

Nathalie is responsible for Finance and Planning. Before joining Profit Software, Nathalie was Country Controller for IBM Finland Global Business Services. Prior to IBM, Nathalie worked as Finance Manager at Solid Information Technology and held a key role in Solid’s integration to IBM.

 

Mikko Mannonen
CLO

Mikko is responsible for the legal and HR functions at Profit Software. Before joining Profit Mikko was heading the venture team in Procopé & Horborg and advising technology companies.
