We started collaborating with Profit Software in 1995 by building a system for household insurance. This was followed by a system for real estate liability insurance.

We chose Profit Software because of its sound raft of experience and well-organised projects, which have been delivered on time. Also project staffing has been cost-effective. Systems reliability is also very good and despite volume growth, there has been no increase in the amount of the errors. This is a major improvement on our previous systems. Furthermore, Profit Software is very competitively priced.

Because it was a small company in 1995, I admit we initially had some doubts about Profit Software’s ability to deliver such a demanding project. However, I’m pleased to say our doubts proved to be completely unfounded. Profit has grown in strength and continually improved their working methods. Nevertheless, collaboration is still just as easy and flexible and meets the criteria we have set.

We are currently working on projects involving both corporate and vehicle insurance systems. In future, our system architecture will be provided entirely by Profit Software Ltd.

Profit Software’s strength lies in its extensive know-how both of the insurance industry and systems technology.
