Matti Rusi in charge of Profit Sofware's operations

Following a decision made by Profit Software's Board of Directors on June 17, 2009, COO Matti Rusi will assume full responsibility for the daily operations of the company from August 1, 2009.

As of that date, EVP Product Creation Mika Hakala, CFO Kristiina Simola and CLO Mikko Mannonen will report to Mr. Rusi. Other responsibilities and reporting lines will remain the same. Mr. Rusi will also serve as chairman of the company's management team.

President and CEO Harry Nyroos will in future focus on strategic and business development issues of importance to the company.
