Profit Software actuary elected to board of the Finnish Actuarial Society

Profit Software is proud to announce that on February 16 our in-house actuary, Jari Niittuinperä, was elected to the board of the Actuarial Society of Finland for a period of three years.

Jari has been in the insurance business for some 27 years. With both an actuarial (M.Sc and FASF) and legal (LL.M) background, he has contributed to actuarial development in the Groupe Consultatif as well as the Actuarial Association of Finland, including lecturing at the AFIR/Life colloquium in Munich in 2009. Jari has been at Profit Software for 13 years, working in consultative and business development roles for some 16 companies in seven countries.

Profit Software is an active supporter of the Actuarial Society of Finland, and also took part in the International Actuarial Association colloquium held in Helsinki in 2009.
