Appointments in Profit Software Group

Profit Software Group strengthens its management by appointing new CFO, Communications Manager and Executive Vice President of Technology. These key appointments are an integral part of company’s international growth strategy. Profit Software is a leading vendor of financial IT-solutions employing more than 100 professionals. Currently Profit Software operates in 7 countries.

Kristiina Simola, M.Sc. (Economics), has started as new CFO and a member of the Corporate Management Group. Her responsibilities include corporate finance, accounting and administrational affairs. Kristiina has a solid financial experience in ICT business. – I’m happy to assist and be part of the company dynamics and global growth, she says.

Hannu Salminen joined Profit Software Group to lead company’s Technology Unit as CTO and Executive Vice President of Technology. Salminen will also be a part of the Corporate Management Group. The Technology Unit focuses on corporate development tools, new technologies and working methods. Hannu Salminen's background is very interesing as he has been running technology unit in Sampo Bank in Finland, thus having an excellent insight into both insurance and banking.

Pirkko Valtonen, the new Communications Manager has joined the Profit Marketing Team to run both external and internal communications. Pirkko has a strong communication background, having worked in various management positions in diverse industries. – I find 14-year-old IT-vendor, Profit Software, a very interesting employer. All the credibility when operating in the exceptionally attractive insurance and banking business presumes a strong and stable corporate image. I am happy to contribute the Profit brand as one of the strategic goals, she says.
