Profit Claims Manager

Profit Software released a new generation claims solution, Profit Claims Manager. The solution is a centralized claims management module in Profit Property&Casualty product family.

Profit Claims Manager is a complete solution for all non-life claims comprising of motor insurance, private lines, commercial lines and personal risks claims. The solution provides user interfaces and workflows for all parties involved in claims management: back-office, claims centres, brokers, agents, loss assessors, partner companies and medical centres. A built-in parameter engine is utilized in the core platform which enables fast launch of new claims business lines – even within hours or days.

The solution comprehensively supports internalisation and localisation. All country-specific settings such as languages, currencies and regulatory settings are encapsulated in country packages, enabling quick localisations for new markets.

The product is designed to accommodate multiple country installations in one centralised service centre. With this approach, all processes and channels can be maintained and managed from a single location and synergies can be obtained in process rationalisation, product harmonisation, and in IT infrastructure complexity reductions.
