Client Manager
Registers information on clients and connects them to policies or claims. May be used as an integration point to an insurance company’s master client register, or can be used as a stand-alone client base.
- Allows users to create new private person or company entries in the client register and search for existing ones. Client Manager is integrated with the processes of other system modules
- Users can modify and view customer information, addresses and other contact information, identification numbers, bank account details, occupation/line of business, memberships, direct debit authorizations, and more
- Features an automated process for halting monetary traffic in case the customer is registered as deceased
